You need to start medicines. Start with  tab thyroxine 25 mcg  in morning empty stomach everyday. Tab calcium 500 mg once in a day. Drink plenty of water. Go do some physical activity. Get your thyroid profile checked after a month.T3...T4...TSH .   If cones within normal range then fine and if not in normal range then will have to adjust your dose. It's always better to consult a doctor. Everything for free is not good. Have fun.
