I have been continuously doing health check ups for the last 5 yrs , my tsh always remains slightly high, while t3 t4 normal, last year anti tpo test was quite normal, should I start medicine,

Firstly how much high is the tsh , please tell the exact value . Also we need to see that if you are having any symptoms like excessive sleepiness , neck swelling , hair loss , weight gain , loss of appetite .. etc Get Anti- Tg antibodies Also repeat Freet3Freet4 test Get ultrasound of neck . What you are having could be subclinical hupothyroididsm, for which you do need medication .
