You have hypothyroidism. One month is too early to evaluate the response to treatment. Get another thyroid function tests done after 2 months. If still low, dose of thyroxine can be  increased to 100 microgram.

It may me autoimmune  thyroiditis  u need to consult  a MD physician or endocrinologist.  Probably  dose need to monitor. Whether u add calcium  or not, as thyroxine is calcium depleting agent so bones become weak.

A raised TSH and anti tpo indicates that you may have autoimmune thyroiditis. You may need a dosage increase under the supervision of your doctor.

Thank you for reaching out with your query. In order to provide you with an accurate and complete medical opinion, I would need a more detailed history, relevant clinical findings, and possibly a review of your reports or investigations. Unfortunately, it is not medically advisable to provide a diagnosis or treatment solely based on limited information in a message. I recommend booking an online consultation with me through Practo. This will allow us to have a thorough discussion regarding your symptoms and help me guide you better. Looking forward to helping you in a more detailed manner. Warm regards, Dr. Sudarshan Lamture MD (Medicine) Sfurti Multispeciality Hospital
