I did check up yesterday for TSH so its level is 8 milli-international units per liter. Is this very serious?

Do you have any symptoms such as hair fall, decreased appetite , mood swings, weight gain , feeling excessively cold etc? Also checked FT4 FT3 . Without symptoms we can watch the TSH every 6 monthly.
