Last 7 months she is on thyronorm 62.5mcg and from 1 week she is having arm /feet - jhanjhanahat and weakness while sleeping. Today she tested for TSH which comes 12.0 which is high. Guidance regarding medicine power changes from 62.5mcg!

Increase the dose to 75 and get a repeat tsh done after 6 weeks. Also test for vit b12.
