TSH at 9.38 T3 at 1.15 T4 at 9.10 What quantity of Thyroxine medication should I be taking? I'm having weight gain and had been tremendous in last 3 months. 20 kg increased and weighing now 110kg. Any precautionary diet?

You can start Thyroxin 50 daily empty stomach and get back with repeat TSH report after 6 weeks. For weight you should stop taking sugar in any form.
