I m trying to get pregnant from 6 months but not conceive any more. Previously i had done laproscopy treatment of fibroid.

You should check blood for Thalassaemia screening and Rubella, along with AMH. Tubes should be checked by HSG or SSG. Husband's semen needs to be analysed. Do TVS.
