Trying for second child
Hello,
I am 40 years old and trying to get pregnant for second child
my doc asked me run some tests which I have done. the results are below mentioned.
1. VITAMIN D - *14.10* ng/ml
2. TSH - *2.550*
3. PROLACTIN - *14.7*
4. AMH - *0.190*
5. FSH - *13.0 miU/l
6. LH - *4 64 miU/l
7. E2 - *70.8 pg/ml
I need to understand that with these reports is there any chance to get pregnant naturally or IVF is the only option for me.
And what these reports suggest.

Hi..
Your AMH is low. As you wait your AMH will fall further and chances of pregnancy will decrease. So better to go for IVF Early.

Hi. Your AMH is low . You need to do AFC on day 2 0f your cycle . The egg quality decreases with age .Probably IVF with donor egg will help you .
