I have been trying to conceive for months and did all the appropriate steps necessary to be successful but nothing seems to work and I'm becoming worried and impatient for answers.

Have you undergone all tests? And what about treatment ? What all has been done for you? Since you are young; a proper approach and appropriate treatment should help you. If basic treatment like Ovulation Induction has not worked, you should resort to further advanced treatment like IUI/ IVF/ ICSI
