Hello, I am 16 week pregnant. I had triple marker test which shows Trisomy 21 high risk 1:79. Trisomy 18 risk is <1:1000 and open neural tube defect risk <1:1000 What other test can be conduct for its confirmation? How this effect feutus?

You can go for amniocentesis of the warer around the foetus. Basically a karyotype(genetic test) will be done on cells of the baby derived from this fluid which confirms whether trisomy 21 is really there. But reports take about 2-3 weeks depending on he availability of such labs so you need to do it as early as possible
