After mastectomy triple negative IIA breast cancer treatment?what will be the treatment please help me?????????

Hi, please send us the reports of investigations done. After surgery there would be chemotherapy if not received previously before surgery. Also radiotherapy needs to be given if size more than 4cm or if nodes are positive
