Tricuspid Regurgitation

My wife is 12 weeks pregnant and has gone through an NB NT scan today. It shows that significant tricuspid regurgitation seen with NT=1.35 mm, FHR= 154 bpm, CRL=57.7mm and Intracranial Transluscency= present, 1.6mm. Please suggest. We are so worried.
