Tricep tendonitis

Severe pain in elbow, went to a couple of doctors & was diagnosed as tricep tendonitis. Have done physiotherapy for 2 weeks, have iced it twice daily. Taken ibuprofen. But there is not even a little improvement. Rather seems to be getting worse. What else I can do?
