When she has to get ready for school she gets tremors, breathlessness, severe giddiness. It takes a while before these symptoms reduce. It's more than 10 days she has not gone to school. This happened in the first week of June for 3.5 weeks, then she became alright on her own. Now again she has got it back. I'm very worried. I have shown her to different specialists including a Neuro & psych. Please advise.

hi, please check on the school environment. check if someone is bullying her, scolding her or there is some kind of abuse. that is the foremost thing to check. take her out for a vacation, a break might help her. take care

Hello..... It could be psychological or nurological. It is not simple to diagnose. More investigations and detailed history is required. It could be meningitis, epilepsy, severe headache, anxiety attack, or something related to cardiovascular system.. Take her to general physician or cardiologist.
