Hello, seems like there's a lot that you're going through emotionally. With the added physical health problems, it must be really hard for you. I think visiting a psychotherapist/counselling psychologist would really help as you would have an outlet to talk about these emotions that you're going through. It also seems like you have started to have self doubts and negative self beliefs. These negative beliefs and low self esteem can also be improved with psychotherapy especially Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT). CBT is very effective with curing depression as well.
Next Steps
Please book an appointment with a Psychotherapist who is also a certified CBT practitioner.

Hello there..... Take steps to control stress, to increase your resilience and boost your self-esteem. Reach out to family and friends, especially in times of crisis, to help you weather rough spells. Get treatment at the earliest sign of a problem to help prevent depression from worsening. Consider getting long-term maintenance treatment to help prevent a relapse of symptoms..... Consult Psychiatrist.....
