Hi dear I understand your concern. Please start having home cooked normal staple foods which you like. Even you can have pasta, noodles, fried rice pulao, but cooked with whole wheat products and less oil. You can have any foods you like, if you can't have in good amounts, you can eat small n frequent meals a day.
