Good evening madam/sir, I just got know am pregnant two days ago had done urine pregnancy test at home . Can I travel 12 hrs in sleeper bus ? Or it's not safe now ? What precautions should i take before travelling also I had pcos please reply thank you so much

Get USG done to rule out ectopic pregnancy If the report is normal, there's no harm in travelling But, make sure the road is not bumpy
