I'm close to 6 weeks pregnant, I ve a domestic flight next week. . is it safe to travel in this circumstances, and also in my first scan last week doc couldn see the heartbeat yet but she said everything s normal. .

Yes you can travel. For cardiac activity repeat usg after a week
