People facing Generalized anxiety are always in fight or flight mode irrespective of the situation they are in. A calm environment can also feel like stressful situations. Treatment is based on severity and cooperativeness of patient. This requires detailed assesment. Seek help from your near ones share your difficulties with them and reach out to a psychiatrist.

Hey What you’re experiencing sounds like an anxiety and trauma-bond cycle where your mind is constantly looking for relief through overthinking, checking and stalking, but these behaviours actually keep the anxiety going. The first step is not to force yourself to “stop thinking.” Start by breaking the checking cycle mute/block triggers, delay the urge by 10 minutes, and when the urge comes, remind yourself: “I don’t need to check this to feel safe.” With CBT, we can work on the intrusive thoughts, emotional attachment, panic and rebuilding your focus so that your exam preparation doesn’t keep getting affected. You can recover from this; your brain is overwhelmed, not broken. Take therapy. You can connect with me on nine two six six seven two six zero six five.
