Trapped wind in the back

Hello Doctor, Today morning, While i coughed and bent down slightly, suddenly, felt something stuck inside of my right back. Now, when i twist or move suddenly, I feel sharp pain as something is trapped with in that region. What should I do to get relief from it ? I have only taken Pan-40 tablet today morning after experiencing that pain. Please advise. Thank you.
