Transmetic perforation in my right ear

One small query, what are the pausible causes and symptoms for discharge from the perforated ear so that I can take actions timely.

Most possible cause for pus in ear after traumatic perforation is transmission of infection in ear due to bud or pin, if used that inflicted the injury. Otherwise water entering the ear while bathing or due to rain or sweat. Otherwise it may also happen due to moisture in air during rainy season. Better you consult some nearby ENT specialist for clinical examination if you have got traumatic perforation.
