I'm 13 weeks pregnant and on medication for anxiety as well as progesterone (just for precautions), can I travel for 24 hours by train or flight would be better? Thanks in advance 🙏

Better to go by Air.  You may have problems due to the Anxiety state, not due to pregnancy.

Flight would be a better idea if the placenta is not low lying

Get cervical length checked. Meet your obstetrician who wil explain u risks of travel. Traveling is generally okay from 4-6months pregnancy.
