Im having problem with my tounge from last 15 days...tounge pain severl times...white coating is there...i left tobacoo 3 months back...im done with ENT,DENTIST,ORAL MEDCNE last month...evrything is okk...but from last week im having these small red painless pimple like lumps below and side of my tounge...plz see pic plz help im worried...

I am not 100% sure of this but visit an ENT And ask him if an MRI of the entire oral region should be taken. I had a patient with a problem at the base of the tongue who had something similar to yours.
