Im having whitish coating on tounge from last month...thorat pain too...i left tobacoo 3 months back...im done with ENT,DENTIST,oral medcne in medcl college...they said evrythng okk...but from last week i noticed small red pimple lumps below my tounge...lumps are painless but tounge paining sevrl times...thorat pain too...plz see pic im worried plz help
