Touch IGM/ IGG level not down

I'm getting 2 abortion in 1 st one I know that igm level high so that take medicine 2 time but 2 time again miss now this time again plan then know that igm level same no changes this time doctor say no problem come but I am worried about then what I do? This time already done 2 iui but no positive results come.

You have not specified which infection in torch. But still if IgM levels are static then you can plan but has to be under doctor guidance and may require frequent ultrasound and blood test.
