Could you please share your LFT report? A total bilirubin of 1.6 mg/dL isn’t very significant on its own, but we need to review your SGOT and SGPT levels for a clearer picture. Kindly also mention any existing comorbidities like diabetes and whether you consume alcohol. If the rest of the LFT is within normal limits, your symptoms are unlikely to be due to fatty liver. Gastritis is a possibility, and a short course of PPIs may help. Additionally, I’d suggest consulting a dietician for personalized guidance on managing fatty liver.
Next Steps
Provide required information Tab Nexpro 40 before breakfast everyday for two weeks. Syrup Digene one tablespoon 30 minutes after each meal for two weeks. Consult a dietician.

Your symptoms of indigestion, gas, and nausea with occasional vomiting may be related to your Grade 2 fatty liver. Slightly elevated bilirubin (1.6) is not alarming but may reflect liver stress. A liver-friendly diet, regular meals, and exercise help. Avoid oily food and alcohol.
Next Steps
If symptoms persist or worsen, please consult for further evaluation.
