Can we use pediflor or kiddodent for a 2 year old baby. Mu son is developed carries in milk teeth. Any other safest options available that is SLS free too.

You can use Kidodent toothpaste in small quantity. Brush twice daily. Avoid giving him sugary food items and clean his mouth after meal.

Yes u can use pediflor or kidodent toothpaste but in a very small amount like the size of a dal. Aviod bottle feeding mostly and rinse his mouth after every intake of milk r just wipeoff the teeth with clean cloth. kids used to keep the food r milk bottle in the mouth for a longtime.This leads to decay.
