Hello You need to visit and get an X Ray done to get the problem diagnosed. Post that get the treatment done. Should not delay the treatment and have painkillers. The reason could be deep varied which have infected the pulp and which can be diagnosed post an X Ray. Suggesting any painkiller without diagnosis the underlying cause is not good but yes you can have any painkiller which suits you.

Hifenac P could be used to relieve pain temporarily. The pain may be due to decayed tooth or deteriorating gums. A closer examination is advised.
