Tooth seems loose

Hello doctors, today my son aged 4.5 fell down on the floor. I could see some blood in his mouth. When I touched his upper tooth, seems like it is moving very slightly, but not sure. In this case, will it fit tight with the gum automatically or tooth will fell down? Also, if fell down, will the new tooth come automatically?

Go to dental clinic. If it needs extraction dental surgeon will do it painless. Permanent teeth will erupt only when it’s time to erupt

Hello sir It will be better if the tooth remains in its position as the new tooth will take around 1.5-2 years to come out.Get it checked from nearby dentist so that they will evaluate and will proceed with the treatment if needed.
Next Steps
visit the dentist and try to save the tooth if possible.

You need to get the level of mobility in the tooth evaluated. If slightly mobile it may not need any attention but if significantly mobile then a dental intervention may be required. New tooth will come automatically but at this age you cannot afford to lose any primary tooth as permanent ones start coming after 6 years of age.
