Bottom side two teeths are decaying badly and started paining . Need a suggestion for removing them and how much it will cost

As per your age extraction is nt suggestable. Better to have RCT if it is possible in ur case.

You can get an iopa( dental x Ray) done to asses the condition of the tooth. If the tooth is salvageable it’s best to save the tooth, especially considering your age. Visit the nearest dentist and get an X-ray done.
