Only issue in getting dental treatment done during pregnancy is exposure to x-rays, so if you have pain you can undergo treatment only with clinical diagnosis. Also you can ask the dentist to just clean up the cavity and put some medicament, the procedure should be done as much as you can accept. Medication should be taken as per your gynaec.

Hi, its safe to do the dental procedures during 4th month of pregnancy. Taking drugs can relieve ur tooth pain temporarily. Its better to visit a dentist for a permanent solution.
