Hi sir....   It is mandatory to take X_ray(IOPA) of  premolar and molar teeth to dtermine whether ther is involvement of nerve layer  in the broken tooth region    If the nerve layer is involved,    **Root canal tretment is done in both premolara and molar and capping of root canal treated tooth should be  done... ** If nerve layer is uninvoved then simple filling is enough to save the tooth
Next Steps
kindly visit nearby dentist for furthur consultation and management

The x-ray of premolar and molar teeth had to be taken and need to do a clinical examination to confirm the diagnosis... After seeing the x-ray only we can analyse whether the tooth can be saved or it has to be extracted...
Health Tips
Colgate sensitive paste will not give any relief... Do a warm saline gargle
