In my front tooth I am feeling pain and my gum has swollen. Please suggest solution to problem. There is a small dot on the top of front teeth.

Hello, pain could be because of cavity or infection to roots. Visit a dentist and get it checked. If required get an X-ray done. If there is a cavity get it filled or if infection to roots get the treatment done.
