Hello sir Age is 29 Molar pain and wisdom teeth   right side  coming and going any reason Pls. Advice some good tablet for temporary and home tricks for releaf Thanks

seems like your wisdom molar is erupting. Whenever it will exert pressure of eruption on the gums , it will pain.
Next Steps
show it to a dentist whether this wisdom molar is erupting straight or impacted . get it checked for any infection underneath. Get an rvg for the same.
