Start luke warm salt gargle. Consult doctor since it might be the case of dry socket though symptoms doesnt suggest that. Start gargle 4-5 times a day. Take antibiotics for 3 days by consulting your dentist.(if not prescribed)

Mild to moderate post operative discomfort can be expected after any extraction procedure. It takes approximately 5 to 7 days for the initial healing to get over. But if you have too much pain you can consult your dentist for a proper clinical evaluation if there are any other secondary factors of your pain. It will not be prudent to give a rational opinion without that.  It is also very important to follow the instructions given by a dentist meticulously. Warm saline gargles multiple times in a day can be effective. Regards.
