If the tooth which had the crown and the crown which came off both in hgood condition after cleaning and removal of the left over cement then the same crown could be just recemented onto the particular tooth in cost under 1000 depending upon the cementation material being used as there are many types of dental cements available in the market from different companies.
If you wish to repeat and go for fabrication of new crown then it depends on what type of crown you are going for.
There are again variety of crowns available. As for Molars recommended are
1. Pocelein fused to metal known as the regular crowns available (PFM) crowns.
2. Zirconia crowns.
It also depends whether pfm crown is made using CAD CAM technology as they ensure a good fit of the crowns abd thus the cost of the crowns increases.
For local pfm crowns would cost you between 1500-4500
Cad cam pfm crowns would cost you around 3500-8500 eg. DMLS, TILITE warranty usually 5yrs.
Zirconia crowns between 7500-20000 eg. BRUXZIR, 5YW Zirconia warranty varies from 5-15yrs.
Last but not the least try to fix the crown as early as possible as the tooth tends to erupt till the time it meets the opposite tooth which may eat up the space of the earlier crown resulting in either fabrication of new crown and reduction of the tooth again to create space for the crown.
