What happen if the tooth is extracted after spreading the infection is it possible to extract the tooth

If there is a spread of infection associated with a pus and swelling,,then it is better to put the patient on antibiotics first and then extract the tooth.

Yes. This is often the case in 90% of extractions. The extraction works nevertheless because the tooth itself is the source of infection in the first place and once it has been removed, the infection will subside.

Why u want to extract the tooth? We can save the tooth by doing root canal treatment after seeing the condition of the tooth. It's better if u start with antibiotics before extraction of the tooth.
