Tooth gum problem

I always gets a small bud(phoka) in mouth in last part of teeth gum.i sometimes eat cobadex and it gets cured ,but frim some days again got it and it stated a little burning sensation on tooth.

This shows that there is access forming in the tooth you are indicating . Get the X-ray done to find out what's causing it.
