The X-ray attached reveals mesioangular partially erupted upper wisdom tooth . Owing to its partial eruption and mesioangular placement ,access is difficult. The tooth is non functional and is not helping you in biting anyway. Its advisable to remove it ,rather attempting to fill as difficult access will compromise the outcome. Moreover, due to its placement, it can cause decay of the tooth in front of it !!

Hello, The x-ray needs to be a little sharper to see the underlying caries Nevertheless, 1) The filling is far from the nerve of the tooth. 2) The pain could be because of the erupting wisdom tooth and not because of the caries itself. 3) The pain could be due to improper sealing the filling. 4) The pain could also be due to the pressure it's creating on the front tooth.

Leftover caries may be causing pain…Take some painkillers.. If you feel better after taking pills..otherwise remove that wisdom tooth by dentist
