Tooth falling off

Suddenly teeth are falling off which look normal. Even the gums are normal, no bleeding or bad breadth. I also follow a healthy teeth routine.

Yes, u may have loss of bone, which is called pyorhea (which common people say), is periodontitis which may be aggressive. Visit ur dentist as early.. As possible
