Hello, No need to worry about it, permanent tooth are  bigger in size as compared to milk tooth. As her jaw will grow in size, there will be more space for these tooth. But you need to consult doctor online or offline for better guidance and treatment options.

Hlo dear, no worries it is quite normal in every child,  shedding of  milk teeth (deciduous teeth)  from the age of 5 years and the eruption of permanent teeth will take  in that place and  coming about the size is quite lagerer   than deciduous teeth  ,so no need to get tense about it.
Next Steps
visit dentist for check up for every 6 months

Your child isn't having sufficient space to accommodate the new tooth. Would advise you to visit a pediatric dentist for an evaluation.
