The first thing that you need to do is to buy hexigel and mucopain ointments from a pharmacy,,mix them in equal quantities on the palm of your hand,,apply them in the socket where the tooth was extracted,,this really helps a lot,,apply it 3 times a day,,then visit a dentist.
