If your teeth is not affected upto the pulp, you can have a filling done. Otherwise if the pulp has been affected, you might have to get RCT done. The treatment is absolutely painless and done under local anesthesia.
Next Steps
You can get an x ray done for the involved teeth and consult for further treatment options.
Health Tips
Please do not waste time, and refer your dentist asap. The earlier the treatment done, the more conservative it would be, ie. you would be able to preserve more tooth structure. Good luck..

Hi If your decay is only on the surface, it might need a simple filling to be corrected. However, if the decay is deeper, depending on the condition of your tooth you might need root canal treatment or extraction of the tooth.
Next Steps
visit your dentist as soon as possible

First of you need to visit a dentist and get yourself examined . Get an xray done. And then according to the diagnosis treatment options will follow. Either a filling or a root canal followed by cap mostly will solve the issue.
Next Steps
visit dentist

Filling is required for your teeth. It is not painful. If the cavity is very deep your dentist will anesthetise the area
