I guess its due to wear off of Enamel layer. Is there any sensitivity.  First Scaling to rule.out any Stain. Secondly If it donot work need Root Canal. - Colgate Visible White tooth paste. Avoid Lemon or other acidic food including cold drinks.

Dear practo user Lemon juice is acidic in nature  so it might have etched your teeth surface. Can share photos through chat box for definite diagnosis and treatment planning.

It can be due to high iron level in water at your locality, not due to lemon juice. Ash discoloration of tooth as a whole can be due to any accidental trauma to the tooth too. Pls attach a picture of the tooth for better suggestion.
