I got my lower right molar tooth cracked while eating some hard stuff , it started paining and after 2 days it got chooped off and huge cavity can be seen underneath Dentist without examining properly treated rct but its been 3 weeks since final sitting , i still feel pain while biting They didnt even diagnosed for crack tooth just treated rct for cavity Anyone please suggest how should i proceed further ? Rct looks fine from xray but my point is that if pain is not going after 3 weeks of rct then is it something with tooth crack underneath enamel

Hii...RCT seems perfect...You are experiencing pain while biting is generally common after crack because of widening of PDL fibers around teeth...Tell your dentist to Disocclude the teeth so that it won't pain while biting & wait for it to heal...It will subside in some days.

If there is pain while biting, there can be cracked tooth. Visit your dentist for further clinical examination.

As per x ray, RCT seems to be fine. May be there is some high point. Please visit your dentist for physical evaluation.
