Please suggest me what should i do? I can not understand for what type of treatment should i go. I want permanent treatment. Please help me Sir.

Sir from pictures it looks as if the decay is deep so for proper treatment plan you should visit a dentist , they will take X-RAY's for the involved teeth. If the cavity is deep involving the pulp then RCT is done followed by capping. But if any cavity is not deep then filling is done.

hello, you need to visit a dentist and get it checked. Get an x-ray done. If there is infection to the roots of the tooth, you need to get it treated.
