Can I have a swollen gums from last two days and wait worried if the teeth look alright or should I do something about that I have attached my teeth picture please help me know what's happening with them and how can I fix it

There is no swelling in this picture, if their is no pain then no need of worry, but your oral hygiene is not good so for that you can go for ultrasonic scaling treatment. Thank You
