Hello, Tooth ache can be because of many reasons like deep caries or some infection or sudden trauma to tooth due to some hard food etc. Medicines will only give temporary relief and for complete solution of the problem you would have to visit your dentist, he will take x-ray of the concerned area (to see the status of teeth) and will evaluate accordingly the treatment required ( which most probably be root canal treatment or fillings and cleanup etc). For the time being you can take medicines- Rx tab zenflox OZ (one tablet twice a day), tab zerodol SP ( one tablet twice a day) , and tab zinetac ( one tablet twice a day) And schedule a visit to your dentist. Regards Dr. Ila yadav MDS Prosthodontics (Implantologist)
