Tooth ache

I have taken the second dose of vaccine today. I have been getting tooth ache from long time not severely but few times in a week. Consulted doctor few days back and he said extraction would be the solution. When can I plan that? How many days after taking the vaccine it would be better to go for a treatment?

In meantime go for xray to determine the extent of decay, depending upon xray findings treatment plan should be decided
