I have been having tooth ache from 15 days. A root canal is done 4 years ago and now it's paining a lot again.

Possibility : 1. Root canal NOT properly done 2 . A canal seems to have been missed while performing the RCT 3. FRACTURE OF THE ROOT CANAL TREATED TOOTH 4. MICROLEAKAGE of  THE ROOT CANAL TREATED TOOTH 5. CROWN NOT GIVEN POST RCT LEADING TO FRACTURE/ MICROLEAKAGE
Next Steps
1. GET AN XRAY DONE TO RULE OUT ABOVE POSSIBILITIES 2. INTAKE OF SUITABLE ANTIBIOTICS & ANALGESICS GIVEN BY  DENTIST & THEN GET IT TREATED
